Thank you for shopping at Belle Antique Store! We value our customers' overall experience. We offer an exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included in the return package.
• Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged unless for an error on our part.
• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the exchange.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
